Why is this happening ?

Everyone seems to be leaving me . My grandpa need a operation and there will be a slim chance of success. My cousin, jon found out he has Leukemia . & now my best friends is sick . what am i suppose to do . Why is everyone leaving me ? Why isit so > i am scare i really scare anyone of them is leacing . i can't hold on my tears anymmore . The only thing i can do is do study .
